Dr. Julie Y. Low  is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the psychiatric care of children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Low is also a board-certified forensic psychiatrist. She is presently on the faculty of the New York University School of Medicine and was the Co-Director of the Forensic Psychiatry Department at Saint Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan/New York Medical College.
 
Dr. Low treats children, adolescents, and adults in her private practice office in Manhattan. She also has extensive experience working collaboratively with attorneys on a wide range of forensic psychiatric issues such as competency, criminal responsibility, custody, and workers compensation/disability determination.
